What types of city tours do you offer in Vienna?We offer both public and private city tours. On a public tour you will discover Vienna as part of a larger group (up to 12 people). On a private city tour, we are yours alone. A place on a group tour starts at €39. You can find more details here . Private city tours start at €300 per group. You can find more details here . Of course we also offer guided tours for companies! You can find more details here . Thematically there are no limits. Whether it's highlights of the city center, Grätzel tours, or something more extravagant. With the AlpineFoxes, every city tour through Vienna becomes an unforgettable experience!

How long does a typical city tour last?Public city tours in a group last between two and three hours. Afterwards a drink is included. Who knows: You could then sit there for another hour! Private city tours usually last at least 3 hours. But we figure it all out together. No wish is left unfulfilled!

In which languages are your city tours offered?Our tours are currently available in German and English. Spanish and Portuguese are in the works!

How do I book a city tour with AlpineFoxes?For public city tour with a ticket via Eventbrite. For a private city tour, simply use our contact form. We will then put together your tour individually.

What is your cancellation policy?Tickets for public tours can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Private city tours can be canceled for free up to 14 days before the booked date. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies. After all, we were looking forward to you and prepared everything!

Are your tours suitable for children or families?Naturally! In principle, all of our tours are suitable for families and children. Please note, however, that not all places (e.g. the steps of St. Stephen's Cathedral) are designed for children. If in doubt, just ask us.

How does transport work during the city tours?On my public city tours we walk through Vienna as a group. You don't need a ticket or anything like that. On my private city tours, it depends on which places we discover together. It really depends on your taste. From the subway to a private limousine - you decide how you discover Vienna.

Which payment methods do you accept for your city tours?We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. And of course our vouchers!

How far in advance should I book my tour?Many of our public city tours sell out quickly. So: the sooner, the better! You should request a private city tour at least seven days in advance. That way we can put together the perfect program for you.

Do you also offer tours outside of Vienna?But of course! Salzburg, the Wachau, Graz. No problem. We don't just know Vienna, we know all of Austria! Simply request your individual tour .
